Position: Rope Access Operatives (IRATA Level 1 & Level 2) – Painter/Blaster
The Role

* Rope access painting and blasting on industrial storage tanks

* Working as part of a skilled rope access team

* Following site safety procedures and IRATA guidelines

* Assisting with surface preparation, blasting, and coating application

* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

Requirements

* Valid IRATA Level 1 or Level 2 certification

* Industrial painting and/or blasting experience preferred

* Previous experience working on industrial projects

* Safety-conscious approach to work

* Ability to work effectively within a team

Working Hours

* Back Shift Pattern

* 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

* 8-hour shifts

* 7 days per week available

* Ongoing work

Pay Rates

Back Shift (6:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

IRATA Level 1 & 2

* Monday to Friday: £30.00 per hour

* Saturday: £36.25 per hour

* Sunday: £42.50 per hour

Night Rate (12:00 AM – 2:00 AM)

IRATA Level 1 & 2

* Monday to Friday: £36.00 per hour

* Saturday: £41.00 per hour

* Sunday: £46.00 per hours
