Product Developer

About the Role

At Iceland, innovation sits at the heart of everything we do. As a Product Developer, youll play a key role in bringing exciting, high-quality chilled and frozen products to market that delight our customers and deliver real value.

Based at our Innovation Centre in Deeside
, youll work cross-category within a highly collaborative and supportive team of Product Developers, Development Chefs, Technologists and Trading teams. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about food, curious about trends and excited by creating products customers love.

What youll be doing

• Supporting the creative development process from initial brief through to creative sign-off, working closely with suppliers and Development Chefs.
• Leading and supporting benchmarking sessions, market reviews, product panels, showcases and supplier innovation sessions.
• Ensuring products meet or exceed agreed briefs from quality, consumer and value perspectives.
• Acting as the product expert
