We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious Food Production Operatives with experience in machine operation to join a busy food manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who take pride in delivering high-quality products and maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards to gain a permanent role.

• Operate, monitor and adjust production machinery to meet output and quality targets
• Set up machines and perform routine checks, cleaning and basic maintenance as required
• Follow production schedules and accurately complete production and quality records
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
• Identify and report faults or quality issues promptly and support continuous improvement activities
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with supervisors and colleagues
• Pack products into boxes, stacking and palletising as required

• Proven experience in machine operation within a manufacturing or food production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, procedures and checklists
• Willingness to undergo site-specific training and food hygiene courses

• Basic understanding of food safety systems (e.g. HACCP) and GMPs
• Experience with basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance
