Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking to join a well-established and growing precision engineering business? We are recruiting on behalf of a successful manufacturer in the Deeside area that is investing in both its people and technology.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist with experience setting and operating CNC milling machines within a precision engineering environment.
The Role- Setting, operating and adjusting CNC milling machines
- Carrying out quality inspections using standard measuring equipment
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved
- Working closely with colleagues across the machine shop to support efficient production
- Previous experience as a CNC Miller is essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Programming experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential (this could incur a higher pay rate for the right candidate)
- Familiarity with Siemens and/or Haas controls is highly desirable
- Positive, reliable and team-focused approach
- 38-hour working week with an early finish on a Friday
