Job Details:

• Pay: £60,000 per annum
• Hours of Work:
  Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:30;
  Friday, 08:00–15:30
• Duration:
  Permanent
• Benefits: 26 days’ holiday and 5% company pension

Job Role: As the Quality Manager, you will lead, maintain and continually improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ensuring quality standards are effectively implemented across site operations. The Quality Manager will manage the quality team, oversee inspection and quality control activities, maintain audit readiness and provide practical quality support across the business. Key responsibilities will include managing internal and external audit preparation, monitoring quality performance and KPIs, overseeing non-conformance processes, leading root cause investigations and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.

The Quality Manager will also manage customer complaints, support supplier quality performance and promote a positive culture of continual improvement.
