Working Hours:

You must be flexible to work a rota covering the following shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm 9:00am – 5:00pm 11:00am – 7:00pm Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals for students, staff, and visitors Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards Assist with stock control, food ordering, and reducing food waste Ensure food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard Work effectively as part of a busy and professional catering team Essential Requirements:
To be considered, you must have:
Level 2 Professional Cookery qualification (or equivalent) – Essential Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to progress Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures A positive attitude and strong team-working skills Flexibility to work the required shift pattern A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle . The school is located on the outskirts of Ipswich and is not easily accessible by public transport
