RECRUITMENT SALES CONSULTANT

North Wales

Salary circa £25,000 p.a +  Commission uncapped

The successful candidate will be expected to have previous Recruitment or Sales experience and the drive and determination that will equip them with the skills to succeed.

Operating in a 360-degree recruitment sales role, you will be responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment process, which will include new business generation and client development.

Main Duties:

* · Establishing Rapport with candidates/clients

* · The search and selection of candidates

* · Identifying opportunities.

* · Gaining strong leads from new customers

* · Working to achievable sales targets

* · Following up appointments

* · Progressing opportunities

* · Delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be:

* · Communication Skills - including verbal and written communications and negotiation skills·

* · Customer Service skills to include treating end users with empathy

Skills - Desirable:

· Microsoft Office skills

· Ability to work remotely from occasion (with minimum supervision)
