The Opportunity

Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys cold calling, winning new business and closing deals?

We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Advisor to join a growing utilities sales team in Peterlee, selling water and waste services to small and medium-sized businesses.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll receive full training, uncapped commission and clear opportunities to progress your career.

The Role

Make high-volume outbound calls
Speak with business owners and decision-makers
Sell water and waste services
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Build rapport and develop strong relationships
Handle objections and close sales
Generate and manage your own sales pipeline
Work towards and exceed sales targets
Identify opportunities for additional services

What We're Looking For

12+ months outbound B2B sales experience
Confident telephone manner
Proven sales and target achievement
Strong objection handling skills
Resilient and motivated by results
Excellent communication skills
Good organisation and time management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience as an Outbound Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, Sales Consultant or similar is desirable
