The Opportunity

Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys cold calling, winning new business and closing deals?

We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Advisor to join a growing utilities sales team in Peterlee, selling water and waste services to small and medium-sized businesses.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll receive full training, uncapped commission and clear opportunities to progress your career.

The Role

• Make high-volume outbound calls
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers
• Sell water and waste services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build rapport and develop strong relationships
• Handle objections and close sales
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline
• Work towards and exceed sales targets
• Identify opportunities for additional services

What We're Looking For

• 12+ months outbound B2B sales experience
• Confident telephone manner
• Proven sales and target achievement
• Strong objection handling skills
• Resilient and motivated by results
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisation and time management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as an Outbound Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, Sales Consultant or similar is desirable
