£29,500 P/A + 10% shift allowance

Full time Permanent

We are looking for a computer literate gatehouse coordinator, to join a large scale business as they continue to grow.

What you will be doing

• Ensure HGV drivers have the relevant documents for deliveries and collections.
• Any deliveries/collection  are entered into the system accurately.
• Communicate with on-site teams to ensure vehicles are loaded/unloaded correctly and efficiently
• Escalate any delays, discrepancies or non-compliance directly to the warehouse manager

Rotating Shift pattern

All shifts are Monday - Friday

- Week 1, 06 00

- Week 2, 14 00

- Week 3, 09 00

- Repeat

To be considered

• Previous experience working in a gatehouse environment dealing with HGV vehicles
• Experience with weighbridge operations would be an advantage
• Clear communication both written and spoken
• Computer literacy is a must for this one
