Mercy Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our well-established practice at Defiance Clinic in Defiance, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient‑focused care in a collaborative clinic + hospital‑based setting

• Balanced Schedule
  :
  Monday–Friday, 8‑hour clinic days with shared call responsibility (weekend call as assigned).
• Patient Volume
  :
  Average of 20–28 patients per day (adult and geriatric).
• Procedures Commonly Performed
  :
  • Tonsillectomy & Adenoidectomy
  • Myringotomy & Tube Placement
  • Sinus Surgery
  • Thyroidectomy
  • Septoplasty
  • Frenulectomy
  • Tympanoplasty
  • Parotidectomy
• Clinic Support
  :
  Dedicated LPNs and RNs, with access to on‑site RT, Radiology, Lab, and Sleep Lab.
• Ancillary Services
  :
  Radiology, PT/OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work, and access to multiple specialty practices including surgery, cardiology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, podiatry, wound care, neurology, oncology, pain management, pulmonary, behavioral health, and more.
