Join Our Team as a 1st Shift Forklift Operator – Wednesday - Saturday!

Required Skills:

• Forklift operation certification and experience
• Ability to operate forklifts, clamps, and attachments safely
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documentation
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of WMS and KOS systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in warehouse conditions with dust, noise, and temperature variations

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in inventory management
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety procedures
• Previous work in food-grade warehouse environments

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age (21+ for Covington candidates)
• Prior warehouse or industrial truck experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Valid forklift or industrial truck certification
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Proper PPE and adherence to safety and food safety standards as applicable
