Position responsible for all equipment repairs performed by Keller mobile service trucks and any outside repair vendors. All Mobile Technicians will report to the Maintenance Coordinator, Dedicated Services.

• Manage all repairs and Preventative Maintenance (PMs) for equipment within the Dedicated division using Keller mobile service technicians and partner vendors.
• Report on outside repair downtime and utilize vendor relationships.
• Ensure efficient utilization of mobile service techs across both Truckload and Dedicated divisions.
• Track and schedule all DVIRs from dedicated sites.
• Maintain all outside vendor relationships.
• Ensure constant communication flow from vendor to driver managers.
• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with site managers to review PMs and repairs.
• Source repair vendors for new site start ups.
• Ensure minimal downtime by following up with vendors and closely monitoring repair status.
• Ensure accurate data entry into maintenance software across the entire team.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service to drivers through all team members.

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• 1-2 years of truck maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of computers and programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
