We’re seeking a Production Worker/Forklift Operator who’s ready to be part of a people-first company offering best-in-class products, exceptional training, and deep industry pride—all built to help our partners and team succeed.

The Production Forklift operator is responsible for transporting materials in a production setting in various locations of the facility in a safe, efficient, and organized manner. Starting Hourly Wage:$26.19 hourly (plus $1 shift diff), Monday - Thursday 4pm to 2:30am.

• Safely operate mobile equipment in a safe manner. Perform piece counts, labeling, and visual quality of finished goods.
• Move production supplies from the warehouse and load in specified designated areas.
• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.)
• Control and adjust machine settings. Identify damages, and report any shortages. Test the operation of machines periodically. Fix issues that might occur during the shift. Complete Production/Activity Logs.
• Track/move work in process to/from various production areas and finished goods into the Warehouse.
• Maintain the 5S posture of the assigned area.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic Math, Language, reading, and communication skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to handle equipment in a safe and sensible manner.
