Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site role based in  Dehradun  for

B.Com/M.Com. passed candidates, CA Trainees and CA-qualified professionals who are

B.Com graduates with strong academic records. The role involves assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing working papers, and supporting the review of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting tax computation and compliance, and assisting in drafting reports and documentation. Team members will interact with clients under supervision, collect and organize financial data, and contribute to internal reviews and quality checks.

The role also includes staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and professional guidelines, and participating in internal learning and training initiatives.
Qualifications

CA Trainee (Articleship / Internship) or CA qualified, with

B.Com completed and an excellent academic track record.
B.Com./M.Com. passed candidates having experience or freshers with excellent edicational background.
Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and financial reporting standards.
Working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including basic understanding of tax compliance and filings.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and report drafting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage time effectively, and handle multiple assignments.
High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in dealing with client information.
Willingness to learn, adapt to dynamic work requirements, and stay updated with evolving laws and standards.
Prior internship or articleship experience in audit, taxation, or accounting will be an advantage for CA-qualified applicants.
