Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Architect candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including Building Design, Stakeholder Consultation, Project Deliverables, Coordination with other disciplines/consultants and project management. They will interact with clients to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of large-scale architectural or urban design projects across various phases (from visioning to construction).
Manage and mentor design teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive studio environment.
Collaborate with internal and external consultants, including engineers, planners, and public agencies.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in architecture, urbanism, policy, and technology to inform forward-thinking design approaches.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
1-3 years of experience in architecture and/or urban design with a strong portfolio of built and visionary work.
Proficiency in relevant design tools (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, GIS, 3D visualization software).
Experience of working on Tender and GFC Drawings.
Licensed Architect or eligible for licensure preferred.
Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
Deep understanding of zoning, planning codes, and policy frameworks.
Experience engaging with public agencies, community groups, and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
Willing to travel to project locations for meetings.
