Key Responsibilities  Deliver high-quality teaching in Undergraduate and Postgraduate Management programs.
Develop and update curriculum in line with industry requirements and emerging trends.
Conduct research and publish in reputed Scopus, ABDC, SCI/SSCI, and UGC CARE-listed journals.
Guide student projects, dissertations, internships, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
Foster industry-academia collaborations and corporate engagement.
Organize conferences, workshops, FDPs, MDPs, and other academic activities.
Contribute to accreditation and quality initiatives such as NAAC, NBA, and NIRF.
Mentor students for placements, higher studies, and professional development.
Participate in departmental administration and institutional development activities.

Eligibility & Experience

Associate Professor  Ph.D. in Management or relevant specialization from a recognized university.
MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification with a strong academic record.
Minimum  8 years of teaching/research/industry experience  as per UGC/AICTE norms.
Strong research and publication profile preferred.
Professor  Ph.D. in Management or relevant specialization from a recognized university.
Minimum  10 years of teaching/research/industry experience  as per UGC/AICTE norms.
Demonstrated academic leadership with significant research publications, funded projects, consultancy assignments, patents, and institutional contributions.
Experience in accreditation, curriculum development, and academic administration will be an added advantage.
