International Business Faculty (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor)

Job Summary
The IB Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in the International Business (IB) domain, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development. The role requires expertise in global business practices, international trade, cross-cultural management, and international marketing to prepare students for global careers.

Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in International Business, Global Marketing, International Trade, Export-Import Management, Cross-Cultural Management, International Finance, and Global Supply Chain Management.
Develop and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, and experiential learning sessions.
Mentor students in academic projects, internships, research, and career development.
Contribute to curriculum design, academic planning, and accreditation activities.
Conduct research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
Participate in departmental, institutional, and student engagement activities.
Build industry collaborations to enhance practical learning and global exposure.

Eligibility Criteria:
Assistant Professor
Master's Degree and Ph.D. in International Business (Mandatory).
Strong teaching aptitude and research potential.
Minimum 3 years of experience.

Associate Professor
Ph.D. in International Business.
Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized university/institution.
Minimum 7 research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Candidates should have experience in supervising PhD scholars, with at least one research scholar registered under their guidance.
Proven experience in research supervision, academic leadership, and institutional administrative responsibilities will be preferred.

Note:

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an export or import business dealing with products or services.
