The Activity Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating cultural, extracurricular, and student engagement activities across the university. The ideal candidate should have experience organising student events, strong coordination skills, and expertise in dance and other co-curricular activities to encourage active student participation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate cultural, recreational, and extracurricular activities for students.
Organize university events, annual functions, festivals, competitions, and student engagement programs.
Train and mentor students in dance, cultural performances, and other creative activities.
Coordinate with student clubs, faculty, and external vendors for successful event execution.
Develop activity calendars and ensure smooth execution of all events.
Maintain discipline, safety, and student participation during activities.
Prepare activity reports and coordinate event logistics and budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree or any relevant discipline.

Experience:

2–5 y ears of experience in activity coordination, event management, student engagement, or cultural program management and have experience in Dance.
Experience in schools, colleges, or universities will be preferred.
