The Dean will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic strategy and enhancing the quality of education. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned academic professional with a deep understanding of liberal arts and its specializations, a track record of academic leadership, and a passion for driving educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:
Develop and implement the academic vision and strategy aligned with the institution's mission and goals.
Lead curriculum development, ensuring it meets the highest standards and aligns with industry needs.
Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Faculty Management:
Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-caliber faculty to deliver cutting-edge education.
Oversee faculty development programs to enhance teaching quality and research capabilities.
Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration among faculty members.

Program Development and Accreditation:
Lead the design and launch of new academic programs in response to emerging trends.
Ensure the successful accreditation and re-accreditation of academic programs by relevant authorities.
Monitor and maintain compliance with academic policies and regulations.

Student Success:
Implement strategies to enhance student learning outcomes and academic performance.
Promote student engagement in research, internships, and practical training opportunities.
Support student career services and placement efforts, ensuring strong industry connections.

Research and

Innovation:
Promote a strong research culture within the institution, encouraging faculty and students to engage in impactful research.
Facilitate collaboration with healthcare organizations, government bodies, and other academic institutions for research initiatives.
Secure research funding and grants to support academic projects.

Qualifications:

A  Liberal Arts or a related field from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 15 years of academic experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, faculty management, and academic program accreditation.
A strong track record of research publications and contributions to the academic community.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
