Head Teacher - Pre-Primary  About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Teacher – Pre-Primary  who can lead with warmth, purpose and a deep understanding of early childhood education. The role involves nurturing a joyful learning environment while supporting teachers, engaging with families, and ensuring that every child’s early learning journey is meaningful and developmentally appropriate.

What We’re Looking For
Strong foundation in  Early Childhood Education , with relevant experience working with preschool/pre-primary or kindergarten-age children.
B.Ed. / NTT / Master’s degree  in Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Experience in  lesson planning and curriculum development , with an ability to translate experiential and inquiry-based learning into meaningful classroom experiences.
Sound understanding of  child development, developmental milestones and kindergarten readiness .
Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills  to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues, and to provide clear guidance and feedback.
Ability to  lead, mentor and support teachers  while fostering a collaborative and reflective teaching culture.
Ability to create an  inclusive, safe, joyful and engaging learning environment .
A  patient, empathetic and child-centred approach , with a genuine commitment to experiential learning.
Basic proficiency with  educational tools, documentation and parent communication platforms .
Strong organisational and leadership skills , with the ability to manage the academic and day-to-day requirements of the Pre-Primary section.
