Description  Manotkarsh Child Development Center is a pediatric-focused facility dedicated to supporting children’s developmental, sensory, and motor needs. The center offers multidisciplinary services to help children achieve greater independence in daily activities at home, school, and in the community. A collaborative team of professionals works closely with families to design individualized intervention plans. Role Description  This is a  full-time, on-site  Occupational Therapist role based in Dehradun. The Occupational Therapist will assess children’s physical, sensory, cognitive, and social-emotional needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, adapting interventions, and documenting assessments and outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support functional skills such as self-care, school readiness, play, and social participation.

The Occupational Therapist will also participate in case discussions, contribute to program development, and engage in ongoing learning to maintain high-quality pediatric care.
Salary:
45k to 55k/month
Qualifications
Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution; valid registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience or training in pediatric populations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment plans clearly to families and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates should possess specific skills in Pediatrics, including assessment and intervention strategies tailored to children’s developmental stages.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, manage a caseload, and follow ethical and professional standards of practice.
Previous experience in a child development center, hospital, or school-based setting is an advantage.
