Roles and Responsibilities:

Own and optimize end-to-end webinar funnels (Zoom-based) to drive conversions and user engagement.
Lead digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, and high-impact communication (including copywriting) across channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Drive data-led marketing through customer segmentation, performance tracking, and actionable reporting.
Oversee marketing automation tools, systems, and landing page optimization for scalability and efficiency.
Manage and mentor the DM team, ensuring execution excellence, KPI achievement, and cross-functional alignment.

Required

Skills and Experience:

2 years+ of experience in digital marketing
Proficiency in market research and marketing communication
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and AI
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience in executing marketing campaigns and data-driven decision-making
