Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience (UX) Designer based in Dehradun. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, conducting user research, and developing wireframes, prototypes, and interactive interfaces. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying design thinking methodologies, and crafting visually engaging and intuitive digital experiences that resonate with users.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Design Thinking and solving problems with a user-centric approach
- Strong skills in User Research and the ability to derive insights that inform design solutions
- Expertise in crafting Visual Designs and applying design principles to create visually appealing interfaces
- Experience in User Experience (UX) design and developing seamless user flows
- Proficiency in Prototyping tools to create interactive and high-fidelity prototypes
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Familiarity with current design trends and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software is a plus
