About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled  Senior Salesforce Consulting Manager  to lead digital transformation initiatives for our clients. In this role, you will oversee  Salesforce implementation, customization, and strategy  while managing teams and driving business value. You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce solutions to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Strategy & Consulting
Lead end-to-end Salesforce consulting engagements across  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud .
Design and deliver scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
Advise clients on best practices,  AI-driven automation, and data analytics  to enhance CRM effectiveness.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business leaders.
Identify and understand client pain points, providing strategic recommendations.
Ensure  customer success and satisfaction  by delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions.
Team Leadership & Project Execution
Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects.
Oversee multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring  timely delivery and quality standards .
Lead  Agile/Scrum teams , ensuring smooth project execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with Salesforce innovations, including  AI (Einstein GPT), Data Cloud, and Industry Cloud solutions .
Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and  workflow optimization .
Drive digital transformation initiatives and contribute to pre-sales activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅  10+ years of experience  in Salesforce consulting, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
✅ Expertise in  Salesforce architecture, implementation, and best practices .
✅ Hands-on experience with  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud .
✅ Strong knowledge of  Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and integrations (Mulesoft, APIs, etc.) .
✅ Salesforce Certifications such as  Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Consulting
Partner Certifications  (preferred).
✅ Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
✅ Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
✅ Ability to drive digital transformation and AI-driven strategies using  Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-powered automation .
