Assistant Planning Manager

Planning & Scheduling

- Prepare planning report based on Client’s PO & upload demand into the system.
- Run MRP in QAD systems for RM/PM requirement.
- Forecasting production Quarterly / Monthly / Weekly basis inline Client’s PO Item ETA.
- Share production schedules with the Production department.
- Identify delays and adjust schedules accordingly & notify customers via email.

Material Coordination & Inventory Control

- Provide customer service and ensure on time delivery.
- Conduct weekly reviews with Logistics and Sourcing teams for upcoming RM/PM requirements.
- Review open FG POs with clients on a weekly basis.
- Share monthly TIF reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide monthly inventory updates to clients and management.
- Prepare Form D for client and internal approval on a monthly or as‑needed basis.
- Manage inventory planning and control, ensuring accurate receiving and issuance.
- Lead monthly cycle counts and annual wall‑to‑wall stock counts; coordinate with external auditors and implement corrective actions.

System & Master Data Management

- Create and map new item codes in QAD for new client orders.
- Manage day-to-day DBA activities including vendor master and item master updates, ensuring accuracy and approvals.
- Upload new formulations, inline formulations, and packaging BOMs received from QA into QAD.
- Ensure accurate invoices for consignments dispatched to clients.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Prepare and share reports with global teams and internal management as required.
- Ensure customer service excellent and on-time delivery performance.
- Support new projects and operational initiatives as assigned by superiors.
