Role Description
We are looking for a Lead – Political Strategy to support campaign planning and leadership decision making through data-driven political insights. The role involves analysing ground intelligence, survey findings, electoral data, media and social listening reports, and organisational feedback to identify voter trends, assess political risks, and recommend actionable interventions. The ideal candidate should be able to convert complex information into clear strategic recommendations related to communication, voter outreach, candidate positioning, organisational strengthening, and election preparedness.
Qualification
3–5 years of experience in political consulting, election campaigns, governance advisory, public affairs, or political research.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Sociology, Economics, Journalism, Management, Statistics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from multiple data sources.
Experience working with survey data, field intelligence, electoral trends, and political research.
Excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Prior experience working with political leadership, candidates, or campaign teams will be preferred.
