Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all field supervisors
- Oversee 15–25+ subcontractor crews indirectly
- Responsible for large-scale projects (30,000–150K+ homes passed)
- Direct oversight of OSP construction operations
- Budget and schedule management
- Current title and experience as Outside Plant Construction Manager
- FTTH build experience
- Large project scope (minimum 20K–50K homes passed)
- Managed at least 3–5 supervisors
- Oversight of 15–25+ subcontractor crews
- Clear career progression (e.g., Lineman → Supervisor → CM)
