• 3 years of more in an FP&A or similar role.
• Strong and detailed experience in building financial reports.
• Experience supporting Sales leadership.
• Experience with Power Bi.
• Experience providing business recommendations.
• Ability to utilize technology to improve company efficiencies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Career learner, who is always looking for ways to improve.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Master's is preferred.
• Technical experience using Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Wholesale or Distribution experience is a plus.
