Job Overview

Right at Home is seeking compassionate and energetic caregivers who provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes. The role involves assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and medication reminders while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

• Assist clients with eating, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping (e.g., laundry, cleaning).
• Provide meal preparation and kitchen support.
• Remind and assist with prescribed range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Offer companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, and other engaging pursuits.
• Support medication reminders and general daily living tasks as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive employment background check.
• Must be willing to travel within the service area during work hours.
• Strong preference for full Covid‑19 vaccination or willingness to receive the first dose prior to starting.
• Nice to have: CNA or HHA license; at least 6 months of caregiver experience in a healthcare setting.

• Supportive office team and flexible scheduling.
• Employee referral bonus up to $165 per referral.

• Premium pay for short visits ($3–$5 per hour) and for after‑4 pm/weekend shifts (1.5 × regular rate).
• Travel pay for direct travel between clients ($18.16 per hour).
• Paid training, group insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, short‑term disability, wellness), 401(k) with up to 3% match.
• Paid time off earned quarterly based on hours and years of service; birthday paid day off.

$510.00 – $740.00 per week.
