Benefits- Competitive Compensation – The annual compensation for this position is $49,202.40 based on a 45‑hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $19.92/hour plus overtime.

As a Management Training (MT) participant, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and you will get out into the community to establish essential relationships. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, while always putting our customers first. Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, or within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s. The degree must be conferred before you start.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on the driving record within the past five years.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- At least 18 years old.
