• Supervise all day-to-day operations in warehouse.
• Work with Accounting to resolve inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Reconcile inventory-related invoices according to company controls.
• Assist with scheduled physical inventory cycle counts at LAF.
• Supervise shipping, receiving, and movement of assets.
• Ensure receiving & shipping is completed following policy and procedure.
• Manage company logistics including daily routing and on-call rotations.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3 years of experience managing warehouse operations.
• Intermediate understanding of warehousing operations.
• Intermediate supervisory experience (10-30 employees).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & ERP experience (Bonafide preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Sitting at desk, standing, and walking throughout warehouse/office.
• Operation of office equipment and computer.
• Lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
