Overview

We have an opening for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location:

1401

E. Gurler Road, DeKalb, IL 60115.

Schedule:

Full-time, four 10-hour days (day and night shifts).

Base pay range: $18.50/hr - $19.00/hr.

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Act as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage career advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of prior supervisory experience required.
