Warehouse Forklift Operator Direct Hire – Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

Ryder is immediately hiring Permanent Full‑Time Material Handlers in Dekalb, Illinois.

• Hourly Pay: $20.30 per hour.
• Shift Pay: $2.00 per hour on D shift, $2.50 per hour on E shift.
• Weekly schedule options: A, B, D, and E shifts detailed below.

• A Shift
  :
  Sunday–Tuesday 5:15 AM – 4:45 PM;
  Wednesday 5:15 AM – 11:15 AM.
• B Shift
  :
  Wednesday 11:15 AM – 5:15 PM;
  Thursday–Saturday 5:15 AM – 4:45 PM.
• D Shift
  :
  Sunday–Tuesday 5:15 PM – 4:45 AM;
  Wednesday 5:15 PM – 11:15 PM.
• E Shift
  :
  Wednesday 11:15 PM – 5:15 AM;
  Thursday–Saturday 5:15 PM – 4:45 AM.

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products; handle loading and unloading of trucks.
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment.
• Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with good attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs; stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule across shifts.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
