Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring permanent full‑time Warehouse Forklift Operators in DeKalb, IL.

Position Information

• Hourly Pay: $20.30
• Schedule:
  
  3½‑day workweek (Wednesday 11:15 AM – 5:15 PM; Thursday – Saturday 5:15 AM – 4:45 PM B Shift)
• Location:
  
  DeKalb, Illinois

Candy, Environment: 60°F temperature controlled, Equipment:
Stand‑up High Reach, Dock Lift.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1 + year related warehouse/industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License
• Strong verbal/written communication
• Team player, works independently, supports diverse environment
• Detail oriented, dependable, punctual, high accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift/push up to 35 lbs; stand long periods; health & safety compliance
• Flexible schedule across work shifts

• Load, pick, pack, ship, receive, operate forklift, cycle count
• Perform duties per performance measurement guidelines
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, tote induction, staging, load/unload trucks
• Maintain paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift
• Other duties as assigned
