Job Title:2nd Shift Packer
Location:Dekalb, Illinois
Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM and Saturday 10AM-3PM
Pay Rate: $16.40 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as 2nd
Shift Packers
. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry level role with a great family oriented team and company. Room for growth and advancement.
Inspect products for quality and consistency
Pack products into boxes or containers according to company standards
Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipment
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety and quality guidelines
Bilingual a plus!
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus, but not required
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 10 lbs during an 8-hour shift
Must be able to work third shift consistently
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
