Bethany Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and maintaining resident/family satisfaction. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, directing nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring, and collaboration with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Ensure delivery of efficient and effective nursing care.
• Achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
• Operate within the scope of the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Direct nursing care during assigned shifts.
• Assign staff, mentor, and educate nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Active, in‑good‑standing LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, energetic personality.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
