Job Overview
This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the only employer and is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Shift Manager – Responsibilities- Food Safety – Maintain high food safety standards.
- Internal Communication – Lead communication among crew and other managers during shifts.
- Inventory Management – Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness – Oversee daily housekeeping and cleanliness tasks.
- Managing Crew – Provide leadership to crew and support other managers.
- Quality Food Production – Ensure quality food production practices.
- Exceptional Customer Service – Deliver superior customer service.
- Safety and Security – Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Scheduling – Plan and manage shift scheduling.
- Training – Coach and train crew members.
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for fast‑paced work.
- Minimum age 18 years or older to be a manager in the corporate‑owned and operated restaurant.
- Competitive pay from $15–$23 per hour.
