The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $16.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their needs and provide assistance as needed.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas as directed by your leader.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store and specific to your area to solve issues for guests.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times).

• Resolve guest questions quickly and accurately; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Capacity to handle cash register operations as needed; climb ladders; move merchandise safely (up to 44 pounds without assistance).
• Flexible work schedule and reliable attendance; ability to work in varying temperatures and elements (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
