We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong focus on agency recruitment and sales to join our dynamic team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be working with the IPS Retail.

• Recruit new insurance agents and establish strong relationships with clients.
• Develop and manage sales plans and strategies, and develop sales channels.
• Meet and exceed KPIs through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the agency business; experience in general insurance would be advantageous.
• Candidate with more than 8 years of relevant experience would be considered for the senior manager role.
• Possess good communication skills with agents and with the marketing team.
• Strong networking in the agency business.
• Proficiency in English & Indonesian languages.
