Forklift Operator | 1st Shift

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations moving efficiently and safely.

• Operate an electric sit-down forklift
• Load and unload trailers safely and accurately
• Wrap pallets and prepare shipments
• Verify paperwork and inventory accuracy
• Print and apply shipping labels
• Scan pallet numbers using RF technology
• Inspect pallet quality and product condition
• Complete required documentation
• Participate in team meetings and safety initiatives

This is not just driving a forklift. Successful operators understand proper trailer loading techniques and cube utilization to maximize trailer space and shipping efficiency.

• Previous electric sit-down forklift experience
• Understanding of trailer loading and cube utilization
• Steel-toe shoes required
• RF scanner experience preferred
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Monday-Friday schedule with overtime potential
