Part‑time, split shift based in DeKalb, IL. No experience required – we provide training.

• A split shift: early morning before-school pickup and afternoon drop-off with free hours in between.
• A guaranteed shift of hours per school day (no nights or weekends unless desired).
• Additional hours via trips and charters when available.

• $22.25 / hr – $26.25 / hr starting wage (depending on experience).
• $3,000 Sign‑on Bonus*
• Commercial Learner’s Permit Bonus** (up to $750 / $250 depending on CLP submission timing).
• $1,000 Referral Bonus*
• No nights or weekends.
• Paid CDL training, paid holidays and additional charter route opportunities.

• No college degree or high school diploma required.

• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.

This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
