CDL Driver/Operator

DeKalb, IL – Responsible for safe and comfortable transportation for passengers.

Collective Bargaining Agreement:
CBA Position

Starting payrate: $20.25 / hour

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes, schedules, safety protocols, and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional care for passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Champion vehicle safety with comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsements
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability for weekday, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical, if applicable

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
• Ability to sit for long periods, type, or monitor a computer screen
• Work environment includes both indoors and outdoors

• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, currently or in the future
• Success in pre‑employment drug screening and background check
