Aviation Mechanic​/Technician; A&P

Aero Core X specializes in testing, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, and reverse-engineering of heat transfer products for military and commercial aircraft. We specialize in overhaul and repair of hydraulic, fuel and ECS related components for the military and commercial aircraft. We are looking for an experienced mechanic for overhaul and repair of aviation oil coolers, fuel heaters, hydraulic and fuel valves. Must be familiar with CMM and technical data. A&P certification is preferred but not required.

• Performs approved repairs and overhauls on aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems and mechanical components.
• Maintains proper documentation of all work activities and maintains a clean and organized work station.
• Observes Company safety rules, regulations and consistently practices good housekeeping. Reports or corrects any unsafe conditions and practices.
• Communicates effectively with supervisors, peers and others.
• Is self‑motivated and reliable
• Completes other duties as assigned.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming and outgoing parts to determine serviceability or reparability in accordance with approved technical data
• Ensure all work is done correctly to the technical manuals.
