The Mid‑Level Provider (NP/PA) is responsible for delivering comprehensive, evidence‑based patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling, documented via Athenahealth EHR.

• Evaluating patients, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, performing procedures, developing care plans, and providing patient education.
• Ensuring quality care and delivering excellent customer service.
• Managing clinic operations and collaborating with healthcare team members.
• Working independently, demonstrating strong communication skills in English and Spanish, maintaining professionalism and self‑awareness.
• Performing clinical tasks and operating in a clinical environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, active Texas licensure, certification, and at least one year of relevant experience.
