SEH is currently seeking a Construction Representative to join our Construction Services team.

• Observe construction activities on transportation, civil, and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Document field activities, material sampling/testing, and quantity measurements.
• Assist with preconstruction, progress, and conflict resolution meetings.
• Prepare construction change orders.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and SEH personnel.
• May assist with proposals, budget estimates, schedules, and constructability reviews.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous construction experience.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10-hour certification within one month.
• Obtain basic technical certifications within 6 months.
• Ability to work in varied weather and terrain.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

• 2+ years as Construction Project Representative or Inspector on DOT/County/Municipal projects.
• Associate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• DOT technical certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Blue Beam or One Office.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $22 to $29 per hour based on skill set and experience. SEH offers a full Benefits package. • This position requires an MVR records check verifying a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting SEH’s Driving Program requirements.
