Customer Service Representative

We're hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our sales team by educating customers about our company, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance with heating/AC needs. Key responsibilities include familiarizing yourself with our mission and goals, building rapport with customers, and maintaining a positive brand image. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in HVAC customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A friendly personality, adaptability, and proficiency with office technology are essential. This role may require local travel and the ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs.
