** This Opportunity:
*** Manage multiple projects for a variety of clients throughout eastern Wisconsin
* Collaborate with variety of disciplines with SEH to solve challenges and provide solutions
* Represent SEH with local governments, municipalities and other agencies at project and public meetings
* Mentor junior level staff to help foster a positive team environment
* Partner with business development staff to present proposals to clients, interview for projects, and select project teams

** Essential

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer software programs
* Residing within 50 miles of Delafield WI
* Ability to report into the Delafield office in the beginning with potential to be fully remote after a few months
* Experience being lead project manager on municipal and/or roadway projects
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Ability to develop new business opportunities and win project work
* Working with multiple municipalities
* The want and ability to coach and mentor junior level technical and engineering staff
