This Opportunity:
* Supporting members of our growing Civil Engineering team
* Use of AutoCAD Civil 3D for analysis and design of roadways, trails, sidewalks, water main, sanitary and storm sewer systems and site improvements
* Use of Microsoft Excel for development of project bid item tables, quantities and cost opinions
* Prepare construction plans, site plans, grading and drainage plans, for a wide range of public and private infrastructure systems
* Learning new design techniques and construction capabilities to bring clients the most innovative and creative solutions
* Keeping abreast of the latest design standards and procedures and committing to continuous improvement to exceed minimums to create a better product
* Being dedicated to working hard and achieving excellence in a team environment

Qualifications:

*** Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Civil Engineering Technology
* Ability to work full time if out of school or over 20 hours while in school
* Completed course work or hands on experience in Micro Station, AutoCAD, ESRI and/or GIS
* Ability to report into our Delafield, WI office 1-2 times per week
* Must have good communication skills and be able to work independently
