* ** This position is located at our Delafield Clinic.  
** Assists with patient care, performs clerical functions and maintains and promotes a safe, clean and organized environment for the delivery of patient care.
** Requirements and Responsibilities
*** Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic calculations at a level preferably acquired through completion of a high school education or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare environment preferred.
* Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
* Interpersonal skills necessary to gather and share information with physicians, patients, visitors, families, and team members in a courteous and confidential manner.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritizing skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks done simultaneously.
* Physical ability to lift and position patients weighing up to 75 pounds, as well as push and pull when performing cleaning functions.
* Frequently bends, lifts, twists, reaches, and squats.
* Occasionally push/pulls and does overhead work, including splint cart and patients in wheelchair.

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

Mon: 9am-6pmTues: 7:30am-3pmWed: 7am-4pmThursday: 8am-5pmFriday: 10am – 5pmThis position is located at our Delafield Clinic which is at 3195 Hillside Dr. Delafield, WI 53018.Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
